Owner and CEO

With over 30 years’ experience helping owners and entrepreneurs clarify and execute their visions, Bill Simmons is the one executives turn to when you’re ready to grow their organizations.

From sharing his message of leadership and success with over 250,000 students throughout the world to negotiating deals reaching into the tens of millions, Bill’s experience covers a wide spectrum of industries.

Through it all, he’s mastered the process of clarifying a vision, creating a strategy for action, and seeing the plan through to success.

Kai Bailey​

Owner and COO

With more than 20 years of managerial experience and a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Women’s Studies, Kai Bailey comes equipped with the experience and passion to launch, evolve or grow any business. She is highly skilled and driven when it comes to business practices such as strategic planning, principled processes, collective collaboration, and providing strong leadership. Her community-minded approach offers a refreshing focus on service and reflects her views on the importance of volunteering and leading by example.

With every endeavor, Kai brings passion and experience to the table, but also believes in the perpetual pursuit of knowledge and growth, learning every step of the way. Kai offers the opportunity to build. cooperative relationships that offer accountability, celebrate successes and produce results.

Anthony Thomas

Client Experience Officer & Fractional COO

Anthony’s passion is to move companies closer to achieving their vision and mission – working with the Owner/CEO/President and their leadership team by motivating, encouraging, and emphasizing positivity in organizations while achieving intentional goals.

Anthony is agile among different types of organizations and cultures – gained by a career encompassing corporate, small business and nonprofits impact and growth plus having grown up as a military brat in addition to having lived and worked in different cultures around our country: South Carolina, Washington, DC, New Jersey, California, Georgia and Utah.

He has transformed and engaged organizations while wearing different hats: COO, Business Coach, Director, Executive Director and President.

Jonathan Fowler

Fractional COO

Jonathan Fowler, D.C.Sc., is a managing partner and technical lead, currently serving as CEO. He has been in the data/analytics field since 2007. His background in the humanities gives him a unique perspective on data analytics as storytelling and sensemaking, and experience in education as a teacher and counselor help bring a nurturing mindset to the business.

Dr. Fowler has served as sole or lead analytics developer in the fields of consumer product goods, manufacturing, banking, law, human resources, and IT managed services. He has worked at both the team lead and individual contributor role in data engineering, data integration, predictive analytics, and data visualization. He has acted as an outsourced Chief Data Officer for implementing company data strategies.

Craig Paxson

Fractional COO

Craig Paxson is a Fractional COO who partners with small business owners and executives to help them create and execute a plan that increases profits, reduces stress, and achieves their desired results. Craig was CEO of an $8MM business before guiding them to a successful merger. Craig has over 30 years of operational management experience in manufacturing and healthcare.

Craig is author of The Goal Discussion Guide and co-author of Unstuck: 10 Proven Strategies for Breaking Through the Barriers to Small Business Growth. He is a mentor for the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, Certified Exit Planning Advisor, and a Certified Executive Coach.

Kelci Lundrigan

Fractional COO

Kelci Lundrigan is a highly accomplished Operations Executive with over 18 years of experience in C-suite positions. She has a proven track record of success as the Founder and CEO of two startups, as well as the Operations Partner of a boutique investment consulting firm. In addition, she serves as a Fractional COO, managing several small businesses with current EBITAs between $2-30M.

Kelci is an expert in Operational Management, Strategy, and Cross Functional Team Management across various business sectors. Her executive-level experience includes overseeing the day-to-day operations and executive-level strategy of companies.

Kelci’s leadership style is characterized by her decisive, calm, and thoughtful approach. Her focus on growth, improvement, and sound leadership has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor and leader, making her an invaluable asset to the companies she works with. 

Jacquetta Dantzler

Fractional COO

Jacquetta Dantzler is an experienced FCOO that has been assisting small businesses and startups for over a decade. She leverages her education and extensive network to work side by side with her clients as a trusted partner and consultant. As a serial entrepreneur and published author, she uses her skills to work with businesses of all sizes and types to create operationally sound policies and practices by implementing operational machines that are efficient and seamless.

Her core skill set includes organizational and leadership development, corporate governance, DE&I programming, process and project management, and business planning. Jacquetta uses her education and passion to assist others in achieving their goals and dreams through leadership, motivation, and mentoring. 

Wendy Dawson

Human Resources

Wendy Dawson has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and 10 years in corporate Human Resources. She offers a unique cross section of skills that allow her to work with entrepreneurs to develop out of the box Human Capital strategies that add to the bottom line.

Her passion is partnering with leaders to promote positive culture, organizational learning and to develop passionate, capable leaders.

Wendy holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Clemson University and has worked diligently to promote people-centered business practices in private industry as well as in the community. 

Michael Porro

Sales

Michael Porro has 20 years of successful leadership experience with Fortune 500 to mid-sized and small/early-stage companies providing a distinct perspective when working with clients. This, coupled with the proven Sales Acceleration process, leads to rapid results for his clients. He will partner with your company to identify gaps within your sales organization then help develop the process and build the team leading to the foundation and discipline to deliver consistent sales growth. 

He enjoys helping small to mid-sized businesses achieve profitable, sustainable revenue growth through sales strategy, sales process, team development, and sales execution. 

He is dedicated to bringing superior focus and top results to clients in need of sales leadership. 

Dan Stull
Regional Business Development Director – Northwest

Dan Stull has extensive experience building and developing organizations, both organically and through mergers and acquisitions. He has been a member of several boards of directors in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. 

He helps teams focus on setting goals, developing action plans, and then executing those plans. He has c-suite experience in the professional services/consulting, distribution, and technology industries.

Dan is also a lecturer on the topics of brand management, finance, and performance management. He and his family live outside of Seattle where he can pursue his lifelong passion for waterskiing and cooking.
