Starting with Target 1 allows us to clearly extract the strategy for the future by understanding your current realities, looking at your team and understanding what issues and what challenges they’re facing, and evaluating all your current processes and practices.
Once we have done this, we can prioritize the other target areas accordingly. Our work on these areas can be done on a part-time basis, working on each target area according to the priority and our developed strategy over a long period of time. Or, it can be done on a project basis, taking on the specific initiative and executing it within an estimated timeframe.
The most important thing to know is that you don’t need to be a huge business or a multi-million dollar company to work with a COO.
